Unfortunately, the television legend has passed away at the age of 79. According to TMZ, Jerry Springer passed away early in the morning on Thursday. Moreover, it is said that he was battling a “brief illness.” However, Springer’s family has not made it clear what that illness was. Regardless, this is incredibly sad news, as Jerry Spring was a true legend of the television world. He will immediately be missed, and we’re sure a lot of people will be impacted by this sudden news.

Although he only got one term in this position, he was well-liked in his role. However, there is no doubt that his contributions to television are what will always be remembered. Everywhere he went, he was always paying homage to those who came before him. It’s clear that he was beloved.
