Jamaica’s Shenyeng Princess Shenseea unfortunately had her flight cancelled on Monday, ironically after spending three hours in the plane on the run way.
She made the disclosure on her Instagram story, without detailing where she was traveling to or which airline it was.
Shenseea has spent the last few weeks lowkey, reportedly working on new music for her fans. However, she advertised a performance at the King’s Theatre in Brooklyn, New York come March 18.
It was also recently announced that she will be making her debut at mega music festival Coachella in April.
She also attended the Super Bowl February 12, to see Rihanna perform during the halftime show.
Shenseea, whose career started in 2016 with Jiggle Jiggle and exploded with Loodi, has come a long way since. The 26-year-old’s extensive portfolio has seen her working with some big names like Shaggy, Sean Paul and Megan Thee Stallion, and stands as an impressive roadmap of the Blessed singer’s slow but deliberate transition to Pop, all while keeping her finger on the pulse of Dancehall.
